Please read this document carefully before using the garudajitu platform. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you as a user and garudajitu. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions set out below.

The garudajitu platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. garudajitu reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this minimum age requirement without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on garudajitu. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved.
The minimum deposit at garudajitu is RM 20 via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX (Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). garudajitu does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
All bonuses received at garudajitu are subject to the rollover (wagering) requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. The standard rollover is 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified. VIP Cashback is not subject to additional rollover requirements.
Garudajitu uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your personal data and financial transactions. Your account information will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law or to prevent fraud.
All game outcomes generated by the garudajitu system are final. garudajitu uses an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted within 24 hours.

To register and use the garudajitu platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, identity card number, active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. garudajitu reserves the right to request additional verification documents — including a copy of your identity card or other supporting documents — for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes at any time.
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on garudajitu. Any attempt to register multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, device, or IP address is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
Garudajitu supports Malaysia's most popular digital payment methods for the convenience of all users. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.
Accepted Deposit Methods:
For withdrawals, garudajitu processes all requests within 15 minutes to your Malaysian e-wallet, or between 30 minutes and 2 hours for bank account withdrawals via FPX. garudajitu reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional review for security or compliance reasons. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for bank transfers and RM 20 for e-wallets.
Warning: garudajitu only processes withdrawals to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
All deposits made through the garudajitu platform are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances determined at the absolute discretion of garudajitu management. garudajitu is not liable for any deposit delays or failures caused by technical issues on the part of the payment service provider.
Garudajitu offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, daily cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion.
General wagering conditions that apply to all garudajitu bonuses unless otherwise stated:
Garudajitu VIP cashback is an exception to the general rollover requirement — cashback credited through the VIP Rewards programme is not subject to any additional wagering requirements and may be withdrawn directly. This applies only to cashback credited automatically through the VIP system, and not to any other promotional bonuses.
Garudajitu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where there is evidence of fraud, promotional abuse, or any attempt to exploit bonuses, garudajitu reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and to close the accounts involved.
All casino games offered at garudajitu — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo), progressive jackpots, and table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by a recognised independent body. This ensures that every spin and game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
The following actions are prohibited while using garudajitu:
Any disputed game outcome must be reported to the garudajitu support team within 24 hours of the incident. Appeals submitted after this period may not be considered. garudajitu will thoroughly investigate all complaints, and the decision of garudajitu management is final in all game disputes.
Garudajitu's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and over 500 international leagues) as well as badminton (Malaysia Open, All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and BWF World Championships). All sports bets are subject to the following additional rules.
Garudajitu reserves the right to void or reject bets under the following circumstances:
For live betting, garudajitu reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance at any point during a match without prior notice. The final result used to settle bets is the official result announced by the relevant sporting body — including Liga Malaysia (FAM) for the Malaysia Super League, and the Premier League for EPL.
Sports betting winnings will be credited to your garudajitu account balance within 15 minutes after the match result has been officially confirmed. If there is a delay of more than 1 hour, please contact the garudajitu support team.
The garudajitu VIP Rewards Program consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP membership is automatic for all active garudajitu account holders, starting at the Bronze tier upon making your first deposit.
VIP tier is determined based on the cumulative total of deposits and wagers within a specified period. Garudajitu reserves the right to periodically review and adjust each member's VIP status. VIP benefits include daily cashback, tier-up bonuses, birthday gifts, and access to a personal account manager for Platinum and Diamond members — subject to the specific terms stated on the VIP Rewards page.
VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or assign VIP status to another party is prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved.
Garudajitu genuinely cares about the well-being of all its users. This platform is for entertainment — not as a primary source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. garudajitu is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members.

Garudajitu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account with or without prior notice if any term in this document is violated. This action may be taken under circumstances including but not limited to:
If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, garudajitu reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in that account without compensation. If an account is closed at the user's own request with no violation involved, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after the standard review is completed.
Garudajitu provides its betting platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties. garudajitu is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform, including losses arising from betting activity.

Continued use of the garudajitu platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. All previous versions are superseded and replaced in their entirety by this current version.
